Brett Hanson, President

Brett has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree with a Major in Finance. He has over 18- Years of experience in the Insurance industry. He holds many licenses. In 1997 Brett took over as the President of CapitalCare, Inc. He has grown the company into what it is today. CapitalCare, Inc.continues to be successful each year under Brett’s leadership. Brett’s vision of CapitalCare is always at the front of the Industry and he has many plans to keep CapitalCare and its Agents on the leading edge in the Industry.

 Dustin Weaver, Marketing Director

Dustin graduated from Loras College in Dubuque IA, with a Bachelor's Degree. Dustin started his career in the financial services industry 14 years ago with Banker's Life and later went on to work for American Equity. He has held a Life and Health license. Dustin came to  CapitalCare in 2004, bringing with him extensive knowledge of the industry, His expertise encompasses advanced case designs; including premium finance cases, defined benefit plans and irrevocable life insurance trusts. Dustin serves as an asset to Agents, and a mentor to our Marketing Team.

  Tracey LaCroix, Senior Marketing Representative

Tracey has been with CapitalCare since 1998. She has over 20 years experience in the Insurance Industry. Tracey has a degree in Business from Dakota County Technical College, and holds a Life/Health & Property/Casualty license and a CISR designation. As an Annuity Marketing Consultant, Tracey strives to provide each advisor with exceptional service. If an advisor is looking for case design, marketing support or an illustration, she will provide it in a timely  manner. Her main goal is help advisors to grow their business and to be up to date on the changing markets.

  Chris Ford, Marketing Representative

After graduating with a Graphic Design & Marketing Degree. Chris worked for three years with CapitalCare, Inc. as a Marketing Representative. He returns to us after four years as a Loss Control/ Marketing Representative. Chris is a Licensed Agent in Minnesota as well as an Associate Underwriter. Working in both the Life and Property/ Casualty side of our industry  gives him a unique perspective when addressing the changing needs of our agents and the industry. From conceptual case design to final presentation, he is the key to your success.
